Growgency is a Dutch marketplace agency specialized in growth on Bol.com, Amazon and other marketplaces. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data do we process?
Contact form & quote requests
When you contact us or request a quote, we process:
- Name and email address
- Company name and any other information you send yourself
Purpose: answering your question or providing a quote.
Legal basis: legitimate interest / performance of a contract.
Free Listing Analysis
When you request a free listing analysis via our website, we process:
- First name
- Email address
- The Bol.com product URL you enter
Purpose: compiling and sending the analysis report.
Legal basis: performance of a contract (providing the free service).
Consent for marketing follow-up
If you indicate during the analysis request that you agree to follow-up, Growgency may contact you with relevant tips, advice or a conversation opportunity based on your report.
We do this only if you have explicitly given permission for this via the opt-in on the request form.
Legal basis: consent (art. 6 paragraph 1 sub a GDPR).
3. Unsubscribe & withdraw consent
Every marketing email we send contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. Via this link you can withdraw your consent directly and free of charge. After unsubscribing you will receive no further marketing messages from Growgency.
You can also withdraw your consent by sending an email to mehdi@growgency.nl. We process your request within 5 working days.
4. Retention periods
- Contact form messages: maximum 2 years after last contact
- Listing analysis requests: maximum 12 months
- Customer data: 7 years (legal retention obligation)
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, unless this is necessary for the execution of our service or legally required. We use the following processors:
- GoHighLevel — CRM system for contact management (servers in the EU/US, with appropriate safeguards)
- Vercel — hosting of our web applications (US, Privacy Shield successor)
- Supabase — storage of analysis requests (EU servers)
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- Access — you can request which data we have about you
- Rectification — you can have incorrect data corrected
- Deletion — you can request deletion of your data
- Objection — you can object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdrawal of consent — you can always withdraw previously given consent

Do you have a complaint? You can submit it to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
7. Cookies
Our website uses functional cookies that are necessary for the correct functioning of the site. For analytical or marketing cookies we ask your consent in advance.

We reserve the right to change this privacy statement. The most current version can always be found on this page. In case of significant changes we will inform you by email if we process your data.
