These terms apply to all quotes, assignments, and agreements between Growgency and its clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quotes are non-binding and valid for the period stated therein. An agreement is concluded once the assignment has been confirmed by both parties.
Growgency executes the assignment to the best of its knowledge and ability. Results on marketplaces are partly dependent on factors beyond our control, such as platform policies and market conditions.
Invoices are paid within the agreed term. In case of late payment, services may be suspended.
Growgency's liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant assignment, to the extent permitted by law.
